Zoe Beaulnes and Le Café de l'Horloge invite you to enyoy a Hatha Flow Yoga class in a candlelight and warm atmosphere January 18th at 6h30pm for 75 minutes. This yoga class is a relaxed yet uplifting class. Mindfully move through a series of Asana's (Postures) with an emphasis on correct alignment and the breath. Each pose will be held statically for a few breaths before flowing with ease to the next pose. This class is open to all levels.


After the class a delicious tea will be served.
